I had talked to the store manager saying that I would miss one payment on a laptop and he said that was completely fine and knew I would have it payed off in the 90 days. Other than that I never missed a payment, he put it in the computer and I think everyone in that store must have called me 4 times a day everyday till my next payment was due. I had never missed another payment and they harassed me for a month. Do not go here terrible customer service, all incredibly rude

If you want to pay double the price for a item and get continually harassed then you should buy from them.

Do not go to this store unless you want to be harrassed every week when your payment is due. They call you on the day it is due and sometimes they will call 2 or 3 times in a row which to me is right on the verge of harrassment!! I will NEVER go to this store again!!!!

Never had a problem with this store. My credit isn't perfect and this place allowed me to get a couch (something some people take for granted) and many other things over the years. I've been a consistent customer for 4 years. My house is full of electronics & furniture from this Rent-A-Center. The guys are always kind and helpful... but let me tell you THE SECRET TO GETTING GREAT SERVICE... pay your bill and call if you can’t to make other arrangements. If they call you for payment... pay them. If they call 2 or 3 times a day, it's to help you from paying late fees. The call is a service to you... use it! I have missed a call, here and there, and unfortunately I had to pay a late fee when I remembered to call them back. That late fee is my fault for not being on top of it. Rent-as-you-go is a simple service that has helped me and my family afford nice furniture. But it’s only gonna work for you if you actually pay your bill (on-time) and if you choose items you can actually afford. Love these guys and I will always come to them first for large electronics & furniture.
