Knowledgeable, friendly owner.  Affordable repair as well.  I really like the process: If it'll cost under $120, he'll go ahead and fix the clock. If it costs over $120, he'll call you to confirm you want it repaired. My old wall clock (that I inherited) was not working when I got it, but he got it running, chiming like new and it's keeping perfect time to boot.  I would highly recommend this business for your clock repair needs. He also has a wide range of wall clocks and grandfather clocks in the store as well.   I was surprised at how affordable everything was.

Crappy customer service.  Tell YOUR FRIENDS  Owner keeps 2 sets of receipts and pulls the old cheat of not telling customers he has a "policy" of all returns by STORE CREDIT ONLY>  Stay away from creepy little stores like this one that gives Asheville city retail a crappy and unprofessional image.
