Worst rental place ever, the owner is never at her office, so yeah if waiting is thing go ahead, check the van she would tell you that you removed her seats to overcharge you and to top it off van had funny smell. You might want to check everything before you take off if you decide to rent from this evil lady, I can't be more disappointed.

Overall the rental went smoothly, unexpectedly since I had not heard of Rent -A- Van before so I didn't know what to expect. I rented a 15 passenger van for a weekend. Picked it up on Friday after 5pm.  It seems the office building is open Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm. The owner was flexible enough to meet us after closing time since I couldn't get off work early so that was a big plus. 
She went over the contract briefly and made sure we understood the return time when the vehicle was expected back.  There's a $20/hr late fee that's applied if you're not able to get back in time.  She puts a hold on your credit card and charges it after you return the van.  I like that I was able to return the van without any hassles or waiting.  It was very convenient!  I would definitely rent from them again. Also, you can't beat the price.

The experience has been very disappointing and I am so mad at this business I want to rent the bill board outside her place of business and tell people never to use this place ever.  We rented a 15 person van for a 3 day guys fishing trip to Illinois left on Friday morning at 6 am and returned Monday evening at 10:45 pm.  I had to pick the van up Thursday at 6pm because Teresa Bowman the owner of Rent-A-Van could not make any other arrangements for me to pick up later or in the morning of our departure.  We were supposed to have the van back on Monday by 6pm to be at the 4 days of rental allowed per her.  We missed this window by 5 hours due to a medical emergency and a impromptu hospital visit in Springfield Illinois on the way home.  I  communicated all of this to her and she allowed us to drop off the van and lock the keys in the van and text her the mileage.  She agreed to only charge us an extra $40.00 for the delays and I was to bring her cash the next day as agreed so she did not charge my card for the full balance.  She was no were to be found the following day and said she would be around the next day.  So after wasting 2 trips to her office the next day I texted her to confirm that she was around and she was very evasive and made it seem as though she may or may not be around.  After pinning her down I had to drop what I was doing and run to her office as to meet with her.  Once I arrived at her office I find out that she has increased the amount I owe her by some random $26. and some change charge and she has billed my card  and already ran it.  Since the very first time I ever talked with her before renting I explained to her I out of preference did not ever want this billed to my card she told me the only thing she needed the card for was to put a hold on a small deposit and that would be released once I paid in cash. I have a text that clearly shows she agreed to charge a lower amount that the amount she charged me.  I would never recommend anybody to do business with Rent-A-Van LLC or Teresa Bowman the owner ever I am not upset about the additional money more of the principal of our deal and how she just felt it okay to change prices and play games with my time and money.  I want ever one to be warned of the type of person and business she is.  Stay very far away
