I really don't like leaving bad reviews.

But boy howdy it'd be nice if they'd actually answer the phone so that I could confirm what materials I need to bring with me BEFORE I go there.

I don't have a lot of time that I can make it to a place like this. Most people don't. Long lines and early closing is the norm. Difficult to get there in time if you have a job.

Being sent on a goose chase because I don't have the correct materials to get my registration changed when the .gov website states otherwise on the one day I have to actually go there... is a VERY sour experience.

This place certainly doesn't deserve your business, and honestly it may deserve its poor reputation too.

It eludes me how no one has yet thought to establish a business that actually does this form of service effectively and cordially. There's certainly a large market for it.

I have been today at this office for my registration. The staff were very courteous. The work was done quickly, but we need to have a bit patience    while waiting on the line cause everyone's case is different.

I've been here many times and receive the same experience every time, a slow sluggish pace with bad attitudes. You walk in and you can feel the tension, why is there tension I don't know. Then you wait in line for at least an hour partly due to the fact that the clerks have literally no sense of urgency. (Just because you hate your job you don't have to take it out on your customers). After all of this then you have to deal with one of the smart mouth, bad attitude, not friendly clerks this is not the way a legitament operation should be run. What happened to good customer service, positive attitudes, and making a good impression? Management really needs to take charge of this location and give everyone who works there an attitude adjustment simply unacceptable behavior!

Rude, judged  me how I was dressed. Sorry but not sorry to wear pj on my days off and I wear my suit to work. Staff needs more training with their attitude. Not very helpful and cant get any answers by email because Michelle decides not to check her emails. All I got was documents and no answers, not professional how they takecare of their customers.

I waited for almost one hr just get an stupid argument with the teller!
I can't believe the manager didn't even jump in to remedy anything, every time I came here it's a desapoiment!!!!
Go to Issaquah or federal way,  people are nicer and helpful!!! Seems that People here just don't want to give your plates because they dont want to get up from their chair!
