Such a beautiful Airport. Incredibly big. Good Parking facilities. But you should remember the floor and the number of Parking slot. Better to take a photo.
Horrible parking system. You have to select one individual lane to enter based on green/red indicators showing if there is space left. However even if green, the parking spots are so small and occupied so badly that cars stand across several parking lots making it impossible to place another car there. So effectively parking in the complete lane is impossible despite indicated green. As a consequence you have to drive completely out of the garage entering another lane is not possible, drive a huge circle around the airport, enter again and hope that the people in the next lane have parked better. This costs you around 20 minutes very bad if you are in a hurry due to a departing flight....
A super confusing airport with so many stairs, lifts, terminals, gates, directions, and ways. You might get lost several times a day. There is no clear instruction at any point. It would be nicer otherwise. There is adequate space inside. You can sit, rest, relax, eat and drink. The staffs are helpful.
Totally confusing layout of the airport with poor directions. Luckily I had plenty of time to get to the correct arrival gate after an hour of searching. I don't want to think about the the consequences if I had been late
The car park itself OK, although you can get lost. It's worse after passport control - the lack of toilets speaks very badly of the customer approach.
The best parking decision. It's worth it!
It's a one way system. Only follow green arrows because gate will not open if red. I had to reverse back into ramp to go to another level. That's just stupid. There should be a way to exit without parking. And it should say "one way only" everywhere. Park service closed on Sundays for a 24/7 airport . No signs to find the machine.
I bought an online ticket beforehand. TheQR code did not work and I was stuck at the entrance barrier for 20 minutes. There was no call box, no hotline and no service personnel. In the end I took a paper ticket simply so I could enter. The online ticket cannot be refunded at all. Avoid this parkjng option if at all possible. Edit: I contacted Frankfurt Airport and was able to receive a refund on the online ticket. Increased rating to two stars.
Good carpark but the poor signing could be improved.
Stalls very small Several elevators out of service and long wait for elevator. Huge driving distance to get out
