They don’t have hours listed because they’re almost never open. Their office is practically a closet- open only few hours a couple days a week. 

No weekend parking with passes you pay an arm and a leg for. Strange and pooorly implemented policies, like their genius, “no passback” which end up just making your card bug out about once a month.

Big mistake for U of SC to outsource to them. You’re better off finding any way to not have to deal with these people.
