DON'T MOVE HERE!

Rent- Outrageous and keeps going up !!!!

Management- treats you like her employee with her "memo" letters. Don't enforce rules even if its dangerous and can get someone killed.

Utilities- They have been sued a few years ago for making residents pay more then what they owe and not updating power capacity. ( 4 years later and they still haven't ) Hope you like sweating to death in the summer because you can't have an air conditioner.

Side note: residents are still getting over payed each month for utilities and if you say something you get a very nice letter in the mail and reading between the lines is a big F you from management and have tacked on higher rent for complaining.
