The property and rooms are gorgeous, and the hot tub was an unexpected bonus. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a staff member entering our room without authorization when we had sensitive information out and weren't in the room (the do not disturb was posted, and we had a dog with us, which means no one should have ever come in the room). When I told the front desk, they shrugged it off and said it shouldn't have happened, and nothing else was said until I called and complained to corporate, which I had to sit on hold for two hours in order to do. As soon as I got off the phone with corporate I got a call from a supervisor apologizing and saying that all staff members would be retrained and it wouldn't happen again. Aside from this, the stay was wonderful, and if they properly addressed the issue I'd consider staying there again.

Great old hotel in need of updating.  Needs signage as it is difficult to find even with GPS.
Regular breakfast,  Harris the general assistant at breakfast service went above and beyond in checking about breakfast,  or room. We mentioned a challenge with the lock,  he took it upon himself to notify maintenance to fix it immediately
Neissa the Assistant GM personally stepped in,  got on her knees to fix the lock.  Service,  excellent 5 star

This place showed it's age. They should pay more attention to the fine details of a room such as the shower tub not showing any chips in the enamel. The bed sheet had a year in it. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

An excellent breakfast.  Clean, large rooms.  Very helpful staff.  One warning - don't let them give you a room 20 feet away from the I95 on-off ramp.  WAY too noisy!

Nice place to stay although to warn, rooms have nowhere for the air to go so it does end up feeling moist. Papers and clothes will feel damp in the room if not kept sealed in suitcase or airtight container/bag. Decent Breakfast also. Great view over the pond with benches to relax at and chill.
