Great place! The ONLY mishap was they didn’t have the suite ready in time, about an hour later than expected. However, it didn’t hurt my trip because everything else made up for it: the rooms are clean and look better than online, beds are super comfy, pillows fluffy, residents are free to use the next door, large facility and their GM Marcia is just amazing!! Really accommodating and just the nicest of people. Actually all staff were really ready to go out of their way for anything.
I DEFINITELY recommend this location!
Oh and for the ladies, lighting in their bathrooms is amazing. They have the ring light mirrors👌

I was hoping they had more pots and pans and utensils for a suite with a family and kids. Not to mention a view. The pool and gym isn't good at all. The hotel across the way which they give you access is better. That is where the  daily breakfast is actually is.

If you are thinking about booking a room at this hotel because of the Marriott name and standards that come with the Marriott name you should rethink booking with this location. 
Having worked for the Marriott and having stayed in dozens of Marriott's i can say this hotel needs major work and a top to bottom remodel and cleaning.
This building has a feel and smell of distraught.
There is a dampness to the rooms and a smell that accompanies it.
The room they assigned us (I was staying with a friend) at check-in had the following issues:
1- Door to the room is damaged to the point my 
    wife could barely open or close it.   
2- Refrigerator was so unbalanced everytime the   
    door was opened it rocked unsteadily as if a 
    leg was missing.
3-The toliet was not screwed tightly to the floor.
4- Kitchen items were disgusting. The plates, 
    bowls and utensils were put away unclean.
5- Floor had not been vaccuumed. M&M's and 
    paper were visible under the couch.
6- Hair sticks to the headboard due to wrong 
    cleaner or chemicals being applied to the 
    wood leaving the wood sticky. Placed a towel 
    across the top of the headboard to stop the 
    problem only to have the hand towel bond to 
    the wood. 
7- Garbage Disposal...the odor coming from the 
     sink was so bad we left the hotel to run to 
     the Publix grocery to pick up a package of 
    "Sink Fresh" garbage disposal cleaner and 
     deodorizer. The front desk said no one from 
     housekeeping were on property and 
     Maintenance told the front desk agent they 
     had nothing on hand to solve the odor issue.

I could keep adding to this list but i think by now you should be getting the point not every Marriott can be a good Marriott and this is one of the bad ones

I give two stars because the room was clean. Aside from that there's not much going for it: my room wasn't ready, even when I returned after three, the desk clerk was annoyed I arrived early, there's no food here--you have to walk across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, there's a train that runs by place, no newspaper on the weekend, the "gym" has three pieces of equipment, and parking is limited and a hassle. Don't stay here.
