We reserved a room there for 1 night and So happy just one night...it looks nothing like the pictures and smells bad. Old and not worth the price charged per night. But, the worst experience is booking a room that had a dog. Not sure if the front desk were aware of it but people with allergies to dogs will suffer. I am now having a very bad reaction to the Dog dander. My face is itchy and red large swelling all over my face.... Make sure you ask the front desk of any hotel if the room were reserved to a dog owner. There seems to be a large awareness and/or sensitivity for dogs... But there should be a protection for us human well being as well 😡 Not Happy !😡 I could not wait to get home to take a bath and relax in a clean fresh air. The A/C was noisy and did not give fresh cold air but I must say the front desk guy was nice.

First, the positive. The employees were great and very accommodating. On the flip side, this hotel is really showing its age. The mattresses were in deplorable condition, and the little bit of updating that had been done was done poorly. The sink countertop didn't fit correctly, and the sink wasn't draining well. The top to the dresser wasn't even attached, and the room was not clean, as in years of deep cleaning neglect. We've stayed in much cheaper hotels that were in better shape than this one. We won't be staying here again.

THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I travel every single weekend, driving 16 plus hours. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times always giving it the benefit of the doubt because frankly the location works out and tends to be a little bit cheaper than its neighboring hotels. But I’ve had it!!! I’ve been driving 16 hours, get off the highway enter the hotel and ask if I could check in early. The BEST this guy could do was charge me $130 to check in early at 11. $130 DOLLARS FROM 11am to 3pm. They make me sick to my stomach. Not to mention last time they checked me out a dirty room and I had to clean it with guy !!! Worst hotel experience I have ever had always came from this hotel. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PAY THE EXTRA $10 TO STAY ACROSS THE STREET.

Great prices and great location. Rooms were clean and front desk was good. Free breakfast as well
