Awesome quiet room... A few of the employees were a bit tired or just not into customer service... Overall a really nice place to get away to

Par for the course for a Marriott property. We had our 2-room suite for just one night passing through to Hilton Head, so we didn't exact settle in. The hotel itself is situated in what appears to be a business park, so the front entrance and drop-off does not face parking lot. Not a huge issue of course, but different. The kids off course wanted to swim, but be ready that it is an outdoor pool, so winter months might be a no-go. Breakfast was very accommodating. I've done thousands of these Marriott mid-tier breakfasts and the food is all the same, so service and cleanliness is the differentiator. I'm not sure the woman's name, but there was the most delightful person running what is ultimately a self-serve area. With three kids it can be a juggling act and she was quick to jump in and help out played together for me while my wife was still in the room getting ready to leave. It's the little things like this that keep us loyal to Marriott properties.

We have stayed at this property many times and always had a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly and the property is perfectly located for our needs while building our new home in Cornelius. The hotel is also pet friendly.

It was a great stay. The suite was nice for our adult son to visit. Also, the upgrades are very nice. It's very convenient. But best, the employees are fantastic. Our room was cleaned very well. The breakfasts were good with variety. We will return twice a year.

I always try to stay at the Residence Inn, when I can. The Inn in Huntersville had a very comfortable bed and all the usual appointments. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they failed to service my room, one day. They did, however, bring me towels immediately, when I notified Guest Services.
