We stayed here last year for a conference and we liked it. But this year we stayed for the same conference and it was ridiculous. The rooms were just gross. I say room(s) because they moved us. Twice. And all three rooms we tried were gross. Stains on the furniture, stains and hair on the bed sheets, hair in the tub, urine stains on the toilet, dirt and grime on walls, carpets and the floor of the kitchenette. We tried to be patient, moved our things to two new rooms (no help from the staff by the way in moving our things) but after I noticed spots of dried shampoo on the ceiling of the shower we decided to book another hotel and leave with a full refund. They get 2 stars because they put up no argument about the refund (but they also didn't ask at all why we were leaving early and asking for a refund) And because the breakfast was still pretty good. Never staying here again.

I think I had a bad experience as my colleague did not have the same issues. I arrived late and was directed to my room. Upon arrival, the room door was propped open with the folding door latch. Unfortunately since these are apartment style rooms, it meant my room was accessible to the outside. While this isn't a sketchy area, it's still nice to know your room is secure. I entered the room and immediately had to take a minute to yell "HELLO?" since I heard noise like someone was there. Turns out it was the radio alarm clock upstairs, but I still had to clear the whole room - closets, bathrooms, etc... to make sure nobody was there. Every single drawer and cupboard in the place was open. A half consumed water was on the mantle. The trash can was in the middle of the floor. On top of that, since the door was left open and it was cold, the room was around 50 degrees. It took a while to warm up and I just wanted to go to bed. Everything seemed clean aside from that, my guess is the cleaning crew got distracted and forgot to return. Normally I'd have just gotten a different room, but it was late and I was tired and only staying for the night...so I just let it go. Still, not a good experience and wouldn't come back because of it.

Sweetest staff on Earth, near the sweetest place on Earth! Stayed here 03/26/18 and it was 100 percent hassle free and comfortable. The rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very accomodating. 5 stars and will return.

Excellent accommodations and EXCELLENT customer service from the staff. I appreciated the offer of the umbrella to walk me to my car in the pouring rain.

Staff was extremely nice and the wifi was strong all around the property. Only complaint was the far out of date TV and TV service. Constantly freezing picture made almost anything unwatchable.
