I stayed on Friday night - kids were running up and down the halls and some were above my room and were jumping or stomping very late. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel this is not one of them. Since it’s near Legends where they have sporting events it’s going to be more of a “kid friendly” hotel, which was not good for a good nights sleep (found out the hard way).  
There was no availability of renting movies and they shared they hoped to get in future..... Didn’t help me then.  Our room was a suite and my king room - the bed was awful sunk in and had definite ridge down center.  My friend’s room had a full size and it she said it was very comfy. Showers were very good and large. 
Also the front desk was right next to front sliding doors so it was cold when checking in and people were going in and out. 
Breakfast buffet was great and hotel was very clean.  I always choose a Marriott Residence Inn when staying out of town, but me personally would not stay at this location again.

Everything I expect from a good hotel experience was met: Fast and simple check in, delicious breakfast, available items and commodities (we needed a pack and play), benefits for rewards member (we got a free upgrade), and great staff! I highly recommend!

Our stay at Residence Inn at The Legends was terrific. The hotel is located within walking distance of the shops at Legends which allowed my wife and I to enjoy some late shopping followed by supper at one of the restaurants without having to worry about parking. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The decor of the hotel is modern and quite attractive. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We have stayed at many Marriott properties and this was one of our best experiences.

Much improved hotel over the last year. However quality of rooms lacking. Mirror backs peeling in several rooms exhaust fans that are noisy and run constantly but do not actually remove any humidity as well as remotes missing etc.

We had an excellent stay at this Residence Inn thanks completely to Brian, the nighttime auditor, who took exceptional care of us as we arrived late at night.  The next morning, I overheard him going above and beyond by driving to a Wal Mart to get a specific newspaper for a guest.  What an incredible service mentality.  Thank you Brian!  Rooms were incredibly clean.  Hotel was very quite and welcoming.  Highly recommend!
