I enjoyed my overnight stay. They have a decent bar with a couple of TVs and breakfast was very good in the morning. I had an omelet with everything. It was good. The biscuit and gravy I had we're definitely just OK. The breakfast service was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our breakfast was free ($10.95 value) because we're Hilton Honors members, which was nice. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but everything was very clean and the room was nice. There is a parking garage in back. Even though there's a sign at the entrance gate that shows you where to place your room key, you actually just take the ticket (as instructed by hotel staff) and use your room key at the gate when you leave (no need for the ticket). Parking in the garage is free for guests. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk agents, Ty and Bree were phenomenal! They were accommodating in every way possible. Our entire trip was made exceptional by their kindness and efficiency. I'll be staying at this hotel for every trip because of THEM! Everyone else around the hotel was pleasant and genuine. Hotel was well kept, clean, and maintained.

Josh and Misty at the front desk were awesome. Best customer service I have received at a hotel in a long time. Disappointed in the beds. Super small for two adults to sleep. Everything else is wonderful.

I have never encountered such a positive, sweet spirited staff. Everyone I encountered had a can do helpful spirit. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Parking is free and access to the freeway is excellent. This is by far my choice of hotel in the KC Meteo area.

For the price, the hotel is absolutely amazing! We got the breakfast package, and the staff were nothing but polite and kind. They had an issue with room keys, but they made sure we had someone to unlock our room when we arrived, and when we left someone kindly had to help us leave the parking garage since the room key was messed up. They had the problem fixed when we got back! They even apologized and gave us a coupon for their 24hr food pantry since we had so much trouble (we didn't see it as trouble, but how could we refuse a coupon? 😂). The rooms are very nice, and it isn't too far from downtown across the bridge. The breakfast was amazing, the bacon wasn't overcooked, and the fruit was fresh like it was picked yesterday. Incredibly pleased with this hotel, and will stay again if I ever find myself back in Kansas City.
