Our stay was mostly comfortable. The rooms were nice and cleaned well and the beds were very comfortable. We had issues with the plumbing. Our sink was slow to drain and one evening the toilet overflowed! Our friends on a different floor also had the toilet overflow, and their shower wouldn't drain well. Maintenance took care of it pretty quickly, which was good. Location is good for getting anywhere in KC since it's near the highway. I will say that turning left to get to the highway out of the hotel is difficult depending on traffic, so turning right and making a u-turn is a good plan. Price was really good, so that's a great reason to stay.

I didn't stay in a room, so incant tell you how well they do in that aspect. However, I was there for a course study in the ballroom and had an opportunity to see the staff in action and how well the place was kept. From what I seen, the place was well cleaned and looked very well kept in the lobby, bathrooms, entryway and the restaurant was very nice and clean. The only complaint was the coffee, to be totally honest. It was weak in strength, even after the complaint we put in the front desk. Other than that, my 3 day visit to the hotel was good.

Stayed here as a team hotel for a softball tournament. Since there is a restaurant in the hotek, there was no continental breakfast offered, but they did have a room set up with a somewhat limited, but good, breakfast for all the teams staying there. Eggs, potatoes, ham or sausage, donuts, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee. No toast or bagels. Room was good, ceilings were low in the 7th floor hallway. Good pool area and workout room. Easy trip to Blue Valley Sports Complex on Hwy 69. Close to Oak Park mall and lots of restaurants.

The room was very comfortable. Pillows could have used a little more support. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and easy to locate. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice double queen bed room. Clean and tidy. The space was tight and the elevators are a bit small. The pool and hot tub area are nice and we enjoyed it. Overall a nice place!
