I wanted to like this place, I really did. Unfortunately, there is a lot to be desired. The good: the staff. Every employee I talked to or interacted with during my stay was very kind and helpful. The ok: The hotel is in need of renovation, but nothing too desperate. It's shabby but functional. The morning breakfast is only so-so in terms of taste and food options compared to other Residence Inn properties. The bad: There was actually a pile of dirt in the corner- a legit pile of dirt as if someone had dumped a flower pot in the corner. I'm sure the hotel would have cleaned it up had I complained, but it was midnight and I just wanted to go to bed and it was largely out of the way. However, I've never seen anything like that in a hotel before.

Dirty, Old, Loud Motel This place is filthy, it is disgusting. Housekeeper is lacking, they picked up a wet towel from the floor and tried to put it back like it was new. There was a used toothpick on the counter when I got there and never removed the whole time I was there. They made the bed but only the comforter, the sheets underneath it were in a crumpled up ball. I don't think they have any vacuums or at least no one that knows how to use them, the floor was filthy. This place it very old and needs updated. The walls are thin and you can hear everything outside, in the hall, and next door. If you like cleanliness don't stay here. If you like peace and quite don't stay here. If you care about price to value don't stay here. For reference I stay in hotels about 40 weeks a year.

The hotel property was standard Marriott fair. My frustration came from the fact that the adjacent mall has apparently closed. The misleading hotel name referencing the mall was my reason for selecting this specific location. There's little to nothing else in the area so I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Arrived late at night got to our room and they put us in a room with one king sized bed for 3 people. We got moved to a room on the first floor mirror was broken, lamp was broken and there were a lot of bugs and spiders all over the floor. Not staying again

The place is out dated and the work out room is a closet and stuffy. The pull out couch/mattress was gross we used tongs to pull stuff out from underneath it. We asked for another matteress and they brought one that was worse it had a huge (looked like a blood stain) on the bottom of it. I said thats disgusting..she said thats all they had. I still cringe thinking about it. On the lighter side the staff was very pleasant.
