Right across the street from a major supermarket which is convenient. If you're particular about traffic noise (I'm not) this may not be an ideal location for you (it's not unseemly...just noticeable). Easy access to expressway in case your travel requires this. Nice outdoor patio. Parking spaces are kind of compact though. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Overall the stay was fine. I have been to this hotel several times, and while it could provide a free more services, there's nothing major. Plus: convenient location for my office, cafe downstairs is convenient, nice but basic accommodation. Minus: coffee in the room never gets refilled; very limited menu in the bistro; a little noisy.

We decided (at the last minute) to book a room on New Year's Eve so that we didn't have to drive back to Tacoma, after watching the fireworks in Seattle and possibly having adult beverages. Luckily there was an available room here. When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice and super accommodating. She told me that she'd find me a really nice room and asked me about my preferences. The room that she provided me with was beautiful. It was a king bedroom with a balcony. The entire establishment was clean and had up to date decor and appliances. Every member of the staff that I had contact with, was genuinely polite. I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but we weren't able to get a hot shower, before leaving in the morning. The hot water must have been used up by other patrons before we took ours. What a bummer, but luckily we didn't live far and a lukewarm shower was sufficient for a 45 minute drive home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others, with the advice to shower early or before bed.

Going downhill. We stay here about twice a year. It used to be great. Then last year the hot tub was pulled out. Then while we were there the hot water broke. So this year we figured stuff happens we will try it again. So we show up and this year the pool is about 8 degrees colder than last year. The kids were out in under 2 minutes with chattering teeth. They only warmed up after getting in the shower. Thank goodness the water was hot this time. We will be searching for another place to stay next trip over.

Nice hotel. Bar is nice. Have to pay for parking even after paying 200 a night for room
