Newly remodeled. Very nice for a Comfort Inn. No elevator so my room required taking the stairs; not fun with a 50 lb. suitcase or two. Breakfast was hot but mediocre. The staff was pleasant. Location is easy to get to by car, right off the 405.

Not a very good property. Right alongside 405 in Kirkland - not exactly a quiet place. Breakfast was pretty much gone when I showed up at 7am, due to a highway crew coming in from a long-nights work. Also, a homeless couple was trying to check in when I got there. Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Hotel staff was amazing, we were in town for my son's brain surgery and they did everything to accommodate us, Melanie at the front desk is amazing and insured we got the best out of our 2 week stay here. Breakfast was good, rooms always clean. Friendly atmosphere. Thank you !!!!!
