We had a great experience at Hollywood Casino. The rooms are nice and clean and everyone is very helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Went for casino gambling at Resorts after dinner and some gaming at Hollywood. Surprisingly small crowd for a Saturday night. Slots were cold but black jack tables OK. Staff was nice enough but not overly friendly. It was quite stuffy and hot so not the most pleasant environment. Considering the other options in Tunica I'd probably not go back to Resorts next time.

The buffet is awful. Slots are super tight. I remebered why I stopped coming here. This place is garbage. The waitress are MIA.  Hard to get a drink. Save your gas and don't come there.

I stayed 3 days here the stay for the most part was nice. Room was clean when we arrived everything was fine. I did get bit twice by bed bugs though. Room 127 2nd floor. I know it can be a hard to get rid of those bugs. Noone else in my party was bitten.

H O R R I B L E!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
If less than one star were an option, that would have been my rating.
Absolutely the worst casino experience ever!!! Worst customer service, worst restaurant service, worst managerial service!!!  Smoking floors of hotel positioned between non-smoking floors causing the smoke to drift into the top non-smoking floor.
Had to go back to room to get a bottle of water because no one would serve drinks on the floor, machine malfunctioned but no one around to even check on you after a 30 minute wait, no machines paying off...when all of this was reported to managers, they could not have cared less.
My first and last time to cross their threshold.
Luckily, the friends that were with me kept the mood jovial.
