I do not recommend anyone to use this place for your baby shower registry. My daughter Karo Henao has her registry here. As we all know RH is not your typical furniture from a pricing stand point. You would assume that a high end company such as themselves would have their act together. Their registry software or programming is an all around mess. We have had plenty of our guest invited to our baby shower tell us that when they log in to the RHbaby registry it shows all of the gifts purchased or fulfilled. which is not the case as most of the gifts have not been purchased. This has lead us to have to purchase many of the gifts ourselves since we have had no other option. 1. we had to buy the gifts ourselves because our guest didn't even know they were available, 2. We have a baby which needs her furniture and other supplies when she enters this world. 3. RH has many things that take forever to ship as it is. Unfortunately I don't believe making my daughter hold her baby inside her longer is an option to let you guys resort your problems. All in all thanks to RH my daughters baby shower and baby process which should normally bring Joy has not been the case. However deciding to use RH for a registry has only brought disappointment and stress. This is not acceptable. And i really encourage RH as a company to not offer a registry till you fix this issue. You are only going to disappoint more people in the journey of bringing babies into this world.

I went to this store to place a large order. After walking around the store for 20 minuets a sales person asked to help me. She was so rude I left without placing the order. For such classy Furniture the sales person had zero class.

I actually found the experience amazing and the staff quick! Very good customer service and whenever I asked for a color I got the color almost immediately after! The reason I gave 4 stars was because I think they could do better, maybe more marketing or something I just felt like something was missing. I love looking at the furniture and I love how it looks like a home in there all in all its a great store and it will be even better once they find that thing to wow people

I love the products from Restoration Hardware, but hate the customer experience. I hate shopping at this store. What it feels like is that everyone is disorganized and like they're running around, or they're walking around in a daze and you have to flag them down for help. They don't know their own stock - for almost every question you ask them they get on their iPad or have to call upstairs to see what they have. And sometimes that doesn't even go well - you'll have one person saying they have something and another saying they don't - again, just seems disorganized. Most of the reps there are polite and *say* the right things but still you get this feeling that they're just not that helpful or knowledgeable about the products or just don't really care. There's something "off" and unprofessional about this whole store. It's the only physical Restoration Hardware I've been to so I can't say if it's an experience across the board or just this one particular store...but every time I visit it I walk away feeling less enthusiastic about their products and the company. It makes me feel less enamored with their stuff. One positive thing is that they accept returns gracefully.
