Relocation hiccups experienced  in July: some sales staff perhaps new or adjusting. Visited store Saturday, I was interested in 9x12' rug, came home to measure, called RH back on Monday to confirm price, only  to hear sales woman tell me there are no rugs. What? I was just in the store, & saw about 50-60 hanging rugs of which I discussed a yellow 9x12' specifically with a very informed salesman. No point in driving another 90 miles RT, if RH-Oxnard doesn't have rugs. The new location is lovely with easy accessibility.

Bigger and better than before!!  Last time I was there it was located in the outlet mall. The new location is huge and they had tons of furniture!

It's still super expensive, even though it's an outlet.
