We all know that customer service is not great even on a good day, but today it dawned on me why retailers will continue to lose business to online shopping. I went into Home Depot with a cart and at the start of my shopping for some storage bins I left my empty cart for a few minutes while I walked down the aisle to look at something. My bad, the cart disappeared. Then I went looking for one with arms loaded. I saw an empty cart and dropped my items into it. A man then walks up to me and said it was his. A female employee standing there said "yes, that is his, he was just looking at something". Did she offer to get me a cart? NO! She made me feel like the "bad guy" for taking this man's cart. So I said, "well, I had wanted to do more shopping but my arms can't hold anymore and I checked out. Who needs this customer non-service?

J.T the manager is a POS. Dude doesn't know anything and hides out all day in the back office. He takes credit for everyone else's successes and plays favoritism all day long. He shouldn't work at Home Depot. He failed as a store manager already and was demoted. Why is he still in management?? He'd be a great lot attendant. ✌️

If you going to get something from plumbing, and don't want to spend over 45 minutes DON'T GO THERE, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Is more stores around like Smith pipes and supplies and Coastal pipco

No staffing, so 7:30 am. Pro desk, forget it! Two cashier registers ole, self check out 10 deep. Horrible.

They were very helpful... Avoid early morning because contractors shop at that time..
