Story

We are Decatur's Hidden Secret, a premier fitness facility conveniently located off of I-20, Exit 68 (only miles from downtown Atlanta) in the plaza directly behind CHAMPS Discount Tire Warehouse on South Hairston Rd.

At Results Central we are "family", this is a place where you're cared about, appreciated and missed, not to mention where you will get RESULTS!!! Kind of like that old show Cheers...where everybody knows your name! You're not lost in the crowd because we're not too big! We're just the right size for you! We offer a beautiful, quality facility totaling 5,000 sq. ft. which consists of a Group Fitness studio, a Personal Training studio & Massage suites. There are several affordable payment options for everyone (see under the more tab). We also offer memberships, drop in rates & multi-class punch cards.

Our facility has an array of Group fitness classes. Classes range from Butts & Guts, Soul Line Dancing, Kettlebell, Detroit Style Ballroom Dancing, Zumba, Kids programs & More!

Our goal is to make exercising something you look forward to doing, something that is FUN for all ages. Exercise is not just physical; it’s also an emotional stress reliever. Getting together with other people in a Group Exercise class, who have the same goal, will help you to maintain the level of motivation & determination needed to reach your goals, and live a healthy life.
