I'm giving this a low star rating not because of the employees, but because of the size of the gym and the layout. I can't believe this gym is so small and cramped. The locker room is tiny and it's really bad during peak hours. Taking a shower here is so uncomfortable because while there are like 4 showers, there is only 1 changing room and its for handicapped ladies. So I feel some kind of way about using a handicapped changing room (it's polite to reserve it for someone who needs it). But I also would rather be naked and lotion up privately. It just doesn't make sense to have 4 shower stalls but 1 changing room.

Poor customer service. So long story short that location had poor customer service skill from the top to the bottom. And on top of that you had a customer has to be careful of the charges they are doing because they will charge you, pretend they didn’t do and pretty much take their time to refund to you. So it’s your job to find out their wrongdoings and fix pretty much that’s what I was told. I would never take my business back there.

Commercial Truck Drivers BEWARE!! DO NOT COME HERE TO WORK OUT!! THE LOCAL A)HOLE TOWING SERVICE WILL BOOT YOUR TRUCK AND TRAILER!! IT WILL COST YOU $650 + $75 an hour after they put the boots on! Just happened to me! I called P F on this and they do not give a shot! Passed the buck on to the franchise owner who does not care either.

Manager is rude. There was a discrepancy with a bill that got auto-drafted from my account she told me she needed my card info including the the numbers on the back of my card. I saw her write them down in her notebook. I called billing and they said they didn't even need that info. I immediately cancelled my card. She wasn't very empathetic and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. She was no help at all. I started going to another location.

Planet fitness is a waste of your time and money. They aren't transparent and you end up losing more money if you aren't aware of the small things. One other big downfall they don't provide a paper copy of your contract I guess this is is to keep up with their scam. I honestly had a terrible experience when it came to customer service. It's as if they could care less about your service but remember your money pays them so if you aren't happy with the small things that are left out I'd get rid of them quick oh and do it before the 10th of the month and more importantly get out of it after a week of joining!!
