This is the worst place ever. I went there for my back and knee. One doctor had me waiting over an hour for a scheduled text and when I got in my car they called and said they where ready now and I still left. It takes them forever to complete simple paperwork also. I also had to wait over a month for their back surgeon to fill out a form and he kept making new excuses every week about why it wasn’t completed yet. Please research and find somewhere else to go.

Was having problems with my wrist. Horrible experience, got an xray, doctor came in room got a personal call and walked out of room mid -sentence, came back in without so much as an apology, said nothing is wrong with me and offered a "shot" then walked to front desk with an almost $700 bill. Billing department was rude when I didn't have $700 up front and said they were being "kind" by letting me pay half, they did not no consultation on estimate before or during visit or before this "surgery", later looked at claim to insurance and billed "surgery" $245 for this shot, then $244 office visit on top of that plus the $100 xray. Would not recommend.

Dr. Robert Kelly and his staff are Awesome, he did both of my knee replacements, He reconstructed my rotor cuff. His personal and professional care for his patients is greatly appreciated, his whole staff are always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Billing Dept from hell. Extremely rude. Also paid for everything at the time of service and extra bill came.
