Dr. Dixon is amazing. He's so patient and let's you know exactly what's going on. He is seriously the easiest person to talk to. The staff is also so welcoming. They treat you like you've been friends for years. They are so sweet. I can't recommend them enough.

Very professional staff.  The front receptionist Regina was warm and friendly.  The assistant Hope was very nice and helpful.  Dr. Dixon is wonderful and explains everything very thoroughly and gives great advice.  The whole experience was remarkable.  I will be going back for future appointments.

Excellent Staff who were able to make my appointment for same day. I completed my health application on line and my insurance was verified before I arrived for my office visit. Staff was warm and friendly and assistant talked with me about the doctor’s experience and assured me the doctor would be able to answer all of questions. Doctor Dixon was the best. He spent time with me and explained my procedure and then gave me options for my care. I would recommend Dr. Michael Dixon and his staff to anyone.

I would like to give praise where praise is due. Dr. Dixon and his staff was truly a blessing to my husband before and after his surgery. Dr. Dixon is one humble guy, who is spiritually lead and very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. The staff was also caring, helpful and knowledgeable at their job. Hope called us at home after my husbands surgery to check on us and to let us know that if there is anything we need don't hesitate to give them a call. Now that we are well on our way we would like to thank Dr. Dixon and his staff for a job well done... ....THE HAYES

Is there a way to put a zero. The creature at the front desk that answers the phones is the absolute worst that I've ever seen in customer service. She hangs up on you, smacks in your ear and has absolutely no personality. She even hung up on me...twice. She was so rude that I put on my clothes and went to the office to speak with the Dr about her. He seems nice but when you have to talk to the wicked witch to get to the Emerald City, you're out of luck. Like I told her and the Dr., she needs to work in the back of a bank vault where she doesn't come in contact with other humans. 
Do not waist your time going there
