Needed 24 tees because my online company failed to deliver the order 
Spoke to Jay and he was helpful and I had the shirts in my hand the next night 
They saved my ass !! 
I think this guy has a different biz model 
He appears to help everybody, and as I was there he got a couple of call from people wasting his time as they want (1) anti trump tee! 
It was great meeting him and his staff
This is why I'm not in sales !!

They answer the phone "hello?". Took one quick phone call to realize this guy I'm talking to doesn't know how to talk to customers.  Practically hung up on me after he realized that he couldn't help me.

If I could give 0 stars I would have.   Horrible customer service!  They do not value their business or customers.  The owner treats very customers badly and is extremely rude and ignorant.  Does not respond to calls/emails and is rude on the rare occasion that he does.  He does not care about his business at all.  I was told that it is a part time gig for him and he does not need the income.  Please save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else!

7/21/16  - Read the bad reviews before I called to see if it was as bad as most have posted.  The person that answered the phone was such an arrogant loser.  How does anyone with such low character and integrity stay in business.   Typical West Warwick mentality-right where he belongs.
