Been going and selling there for a while now, today was ultimately the last time I step a foot there. $7 offered after I had to make 3 trips from Providence to Warwick. Mind you I had a big bin filled with practically brand new clothes. Sorry but I wished I could give them no stars.

Great used clothes and toys. They also have loads of baby items. Buying process is easy and straight forward. You bring your items in a Rubbermaid bin. Put in your license and number of bins and items. A receipt is printed and there is a tv and a touch screen that show you where you are in the que and how long it will be. They even text you.

I've been buying and consigning with this store for two years. Like other reviewers, I've been angry every time I leave. This last trip was the last straw. The owners of the franchise are very nice people, and I've talked to them a few times at events. But their staff is consistently terrible. They complain loudly about the job, other employees, and their personal lives while there are customers in the store. They talk about customers that have just left. As I tried to come in to sell items this evening, it was just a few minutes before the arbitrary cutoff that they won't take items for an hour before closing (which is not stated on their website. I pointed this out to them and they instructed me that they cannot post things to that site since it is controlled by corporate, though the one hour cutoff is a corporate policy?!?) When I was told this, I turned to my husband and said, well, I'm done dealing with this place. We started gathering up our items and the staff started mocking us and laughing before we even left the store. I've already written a book here, but other times: items were refused because they were not in a box; they were in a bag. It was actually the same bag I had brought the previous time and still had their identification tag on it. But policy had arbitrarily changed between visits. I have had nearly new and new with tags items refused or purchased for less than a dollar. I have walked out of the store and gone down to Target and found the same item for sale there for less, brand new. They have been closed during the hours stated on the website and Google, with just a paper sign on the door. They have refused consigning items on busy days. Their site states they accept all seasons all the time, but I have had clothing refused for being off season. There are certainly better consignment stores; this was convenient to combine with trips to Target, but that convenience is no longer worth it.

Rip off when buying ur items. I had a bag full of new nb clothes did not take said was stained even though I never used them. I bought a 80 bassinet I never really used the gave me 4 dollars for.... It's ok. I rather donate my stuff to a church.

Have had bad experience 1X after traveling an hour and being told they'd look at my stuff but got there and they refused. Good place to shop though.
