My first time at Lane Bryant! I picked up my online order and I tried on the bras and none of them fit so I had to go back in the store and pick out bras all over again! The cashier kept trying to sell me on a different bra! I said no im ok like three times and she was very uninterested that i didnt want to buy her recommendation! Dont pressure someone so hard into something elsewhen they say maybe next time! also I forget to mention when I first walked in I said do you guys do bra measurements because maybe I should get resized and she goes no you look right you look your size size! Not a good experience will travel elsewhere for lane bryant

The staff are so helpful and friendly.   When I visit the store they call me by name, this is very special for me since I don't frequent the store very often.  I'm a transgender woman and they have been very supportive and helpful finding the best styles and sizes.   Their clothes fit well, have current styles, and carry a good selection of special sale items.   I also love their website to shop from my living room.

I gave this place 3 stars on behalf of the woman who I felt was trying to belittle me by telling me my breast size wasn't what I mentioned... I went in with a 25$ off coupon . I wanted to purchase a sports bra. The sports bra was 2 cup sizes bigger than my regular bra. Clearly she didn't know her stuff otherwise she'd know that their sports bra sizes are different from the regular bras. She had the nerve to tell me to go home and check my bra size. I know my bra size, I told her I had been in there to buy 2 new bras a month ago and got sized and had been wearing the bras. So I know my size. I felt disrespected, yet, I decided to write this review rather than flip out on her. I am also going to find a way to complain about her elsewhere. The other ladies were helpful as always. Sorry they have to get this rating on behalf of her.  I ended up ordering a sports bra because the one I tried On was a little too fit for me. The same lady ordered it and when I got my bra yesterday in the mail,it was the same uncomfortable size!! I waited a week and don't feel like waiting again so I prob won't send it back. Instead I hope somehow it will lossen up on me...smh. I won't deal with her anymore. Wish I knew her name. Might've been the manager. When I GI again and I see her I will give her a piece of my mind 😡
