Updated on 1/30/18 - went for cleaning with different doctor and hygienist in the same group and came out with a nicely cleaned teeth. Each one of them show their dedication and prove that they can be trusted for their good work. After all these years, I am glad to be in a good group of doctors and hygienists. Great doctor and hygienist at Cary and Apex locations that I have been to, very very pleased with their work. I would certainly recommend this practice. Can't praise enough for their dedication, sincerity. They got my work done with complete satisfaction.

I had avoided the dentist for years, and was very nervous and embarrassed about the amount of work I was going to need done. The staff was incredibly welcoming and polite from the moment I walked in the office. My hygienist was so informative and gentle I felt very comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair. Dr. Alam was the dentist who saw me - she was so sweet and didn’t ridicule me for waiting so long to see a dentist. Despite needing a bit of work done, she did not ask me to schedule anything unnecessary and marked some procedures as contingent. I feel confident that this team will restore my dental health and help me stay on track in the future.

Very friendly staff! Hannah, my hygienist, was very gentle and explained everything she was doing during my new patient appointment. The doctor that saw me was very nice as well and didn’t keep me waiting. Very pleasant experience!

First visit to the practice. The hygienist was great. At the end of the examination, dentist #1 noted a cavity on a tooth. Follow-up with a dentist #2 at the practice (15 minutes later) noted that it was merely a tooth imperfection and not a cavity. I'm not a dentist, but I'd expect a qualified one to be able to spot the difference. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I am a new patient and was pleasantly surprised how nice my dental cleaning appointment was. Everyone working at Riccobene is pleasant. Place was clean and state of the art equipment. I really liked my dentist Dr Alam and will get to see her work when I get some filling next month
