Story

Rich Winkler has been painting houses, inside and out, since 1971. He started while he was in college, and now he has been in the business for 34 years.

If you ask Rich why he decided to have his company specialize in top quality work, as opposed to doing inexpensive and lower quality work, Rich will explain that he is a perfectionist. If you use a company that does lesser quality work and uses lower quality paint, you may need to have a repaint job in two or three years. Rich says to expect his high quality paintwork to last six or seven or eight years.

We have used Rich Winkler Painting for several painting jobs over many years, and find their work to be exceptional.  They have painted both the exterior and interior of our townhouse in Alexandria.  Their painters are very meticulous, do careful preparation and the work is always expertly  completed.  The crews are pleasant to work with, careful, and clean up well at the end of each day.  They are happy to make minor changes or corrections to our satisfaction, though this is rarely needed.  We highly recommended Rich Winkler Painting.

Rich Winkler Painting was back at my home for a second time this January.  Obviously I was pleased with the work done a year before or I would not have had them back. Armando and his team are well organized, efficient workers.  They are careful and clean up everything when the job is complete. Highly recommended.

We recently had Rich Winkler Painting do considerable interior painting for us.  The prep work included not just the usual patching and sanding but also repairing a good size hole in our ceiling and damage done by a water leak..  The work was exceptional;  we were very pleased with the results.  The painting team was great--every day they came when they said they would, and they were always extremely courteous.  At the end of the project they did a beautiful job of cleaning up.
