The receptionist who answered the phone had been extremely rude when I called. You can tell when a person doesn't like their job. This is probably the reason why I didn't show up to my appointment a few years back and started seeing Dr. Timothy Swing at Brush Dental Care. I honestly think the dentist here need to hire better professionals who show kindness and courtesy to patients and people inquiring about services. It's a shame because I'm sure the dentist here is excellent.

BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST EVER!! HE IS GENTLE, CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, DR BUTLER HAS PROVIDED MY GRANDSON AND MYSELF WITH ONGOING DENTAL CARE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PAIN FREE/STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE!! I LIKE THAT HE DOES NOT ROTATE HIS STAFF AND WE ARE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE SAME GENERAL STAFF THAT HE HAS ALWAYS HAD SINCE WE STARTED AS PATIENTS. HE IS GREAT!!!

The staff here are very rude, when It comes to missing your first scheduled appointment. Their attitude will change in a heartbeat. I don't recommend this Dentist.

By far my favorite dentist. Every experience is amazing. Staff is curious and kind. Dr. Butler takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a great dental experience I would not hesitate to tell you to go to him!!!
