A wonderful dentist who goes out of his way to not give you pain and is very caring.  We love his staff there also.  Dr. Sander ford is THE best dentist we have ever had!

Although this review is not regarding the dentist himself, it is a review of the office and the processes.

My dental insurance changed, and my previous dentist was no longer on my plan.   Dr Sanderford was recommended by a couple of my friends, and I was pleased to find him on my plan.   I called to make an appointment, and was told that the office would not schedule a cleaning until I came in for a consultation.   

I understand their policy, and made an appointment for the next available consultation which was 5 months away.  I asked if I could also schedule the cleaning for after that date so I would not lapse in my cleaning.   I was told, no but that they would squeeze me in.   So I did as instructed.

I went for my consultation and at the end tried to make my appt for my cleaning and was told I'd have to wait another 7 months.  I explained how behind I was on my cleanings because of their policy and they said that was the best they could do.   But they would call me if something freed up.

Well of course, I never received a call, and tomorrow is my appointment.  Thank goodness, over a year without a cleaning.   But I should be good to go - so I thought.   I've gotten multiple texts from the office confirming my appointment which I responded to.  I thought, well that's good  they are on the ball.

Then today I get a call from them to tell me they no longer accept my insurance.   So waiting over a year to get my teeth cleaned, now they call me 24 hours before my appointment to let me know they wont accept my insurance.

I'm so upset I can't even speak.   

I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist - avoid this office!!!

I had a cavity pop loose on Thurs night and cracked the tooth as well ... Called up at 8 am and they got me in at 10 am , unfortunately they had to remove it  ASAP so they did . It took only a 1/2 or so , never had any pain or worries , 2 days later starting to feel like it never happened even though they had to put it stitches . Big thanks to the entire staff and the doc , will be making more visits soon for sure for other services needed ..... Thanks again for the wonderful job !!!!!
