Our kitchen faucet was leaking. I called Richard's and they sent out a guy.  He told me that it needed to be replaced, which I was very surprised about.  I went to their showroom and looked at faucets.  They suggested a faucet that had a pull out sprayer in the actual faucet. They came out to install and said the disposal was in the way and was too old to take out and put back in.  They took it out and it had to also be replaced, along with tons of the hoses and other valves, etc...  I ended up paying them over $1200!  This, for fixing a leakey faucet, that is all that was wrong.  A year later the pull out started getting stuck.  We should have called back then, but waited until it stuck completely. I called them to come to fix the improper installation and they did.  It took them about ten minutes.  They charged us again for fixing their bad installation!
I will never hire them again.  I think they are unethical and unfair.
