Wilson's is an amazing company.  It is very well run: returns calls &  emails in a timely fashion; he and his staff are  professional, polite, on time;  detailed written proposals; will come in an emergency and address every issue. Gary Wilson has created a company with excellent and modern updated options.  His company replaced our oil heat with gas,  our air-conditioning system, and installed a generator.   We area very  happy with his work.  Gary Wilson is the consummate professional with a broad knowledge of his field.

We had ductless mini-splits put in 3 rooms in our house a few years ago. About a month ago, I had them put in an Indirect Water Heater. Gary is the most responsive, prompt businessman to address questions, concerns, and estimates that I have ever experienced. His work crews are just great guys! They are so polite, professional and eager to educate their customers. The integrity of this owner and how he runs his company will keep us coming back for years to come. I hired him after thoroughly reading his website and articles. A service company that's willing to educate it's customers...has nothing to hide and can be held up to their word and work!

I had an entirely new whole-house heating and air conditioning system installed, as well as two mini-splits, this summer. It was a huge amount of work, from the initial planning and inventory stages to the running of ductwork and new thermostat wiring, to the final commissioning. Throughout the process the team was extraordinarily professional and well-informed--- they were able to work within my schedule constraints, were constantly communicative about their work, and kept the job site clean and organized. They managed all of my rebate paperwork, the permitting and sub contractors, and were a pleasure to be around. I couldn't be more satisfied, and highly recommend the company.

From the first phone call requesting an estimate and information for a new boiler, we received first class assistance and workmanship.  Gary & his entire team provided timely answers to our questions and explained the process in clear terms.  Every step was outlined so we knew exactly what to expect, how much it would cost and how long the job would take.  We had the work done in January and we remained in our house during the work period with no loss of comfort or warmth.  We felt very comfortable with all the aspects of this project and would highly recommend Wilson Services to anyone that is in need of what they offer.  I know we will continue to receive A-1 service from all of the people at Wilson Services, Inc.

Our experience with Gary Wilson was fantastic. It couldn't have been any better, in fact; he was very communicative from the start, was flexible with our schedules, explained things very clearly, and most importantly, did an excellent job replacing our water heater (and drilling a new vent for it in our chimney, which was no small task). They also kept our basement clean despite the possibility of lots of dust from the drilling. I'd recommend Wilson Services to anyone and am glad we went with them.
