was referred from my family dentist, waited 4 hours too be taken back.. not even an exam with severe pain, scheduled me a week later(given no antibiotics for the swelling). I return, pay out of pocket(expensive yes) but they over charge me $242 I had to later find out & have refunded. the oral surgeon was very quick, extracted a cracked tooth, stitched me up in no time. yet the assistant had no idea what she was doing, the dentist kept yanking the suction tool from her hand, every time they removed the bite gaurd she tried FOUR times to place it back on the WRONG side of my mouth. the dentist literally was getting fed up with her. then I'm told they sent 4 prescriptions(gave me a written list) for me to pick up, I arrive at CVS they're is only 3. I called and asked about the missing Motrin 800mg, the receptionist said the Oxycodone is for your mouth pain, I insisted I did not want narcotics. she told me to "the oxycodone works better but you can just buy over the counter ibuprofen" I told her my insurance covers my RX's at no charge & I just spent $699.75(after being over charged) and I would like what I was told id be given as i signed to agreement. they refused. the dentist is quick & painless, his staff on the other hand are a bunch of knuckle heads & no communication skills, I won't be returning. I didn't even know I was being over charged until I signed a waiver before pre-op and noticed an additional tooth number that I had nothing wrong with nor spoke to anyone about. then they insisted she would take care of it & have it refunded automatically. later I asked the desk clerk, she had no idea & said I would need your card again, "I don't know why she said its automatic" all around unsatisfied with so much money spent and no support system from the entire office.

Dr. Richardson is amazing! His office is clean and office staff extremely friendly. My son has Autism and needed all 4 wisdom teeth out...Dr. Richardson did a great job! I would highly recommend him. Wish more doctors out there were like this one.

Best dental experience ever. Has implants. Process was practically painless. Dr Richardson and staff were professional and kind.
