Dr. Watson is amazing, she consistently goes above and beyond, and she has always shown true love and caring for my animals as individuals. If this were just for her and the techs, it's be an easy 5 stars. The reception staff, however, is a different story. They seem to struggle just scheduling a basic check up. If not for that, if say this is the best clinic in the Tri-Cities.

To the person who posted about the prednisone. You are also responsible to see that the dog is getting the right course of treatment. To blame the vet 100% is not right. You bear a burden of responsibility just like we all have to when we see our doctors, blind faith in a fallible human is your mistake. We love this vet.

The good folks at Richland Animal Hospital (RAH) have been providing my pets service over the past several years. Dr. Watson is thorough in offering explanations of the treatments and procedures. All of the staff, in fact, are friendly and knowledgeable - they even gave me The Grand Tour of their very organized facility. I have boarded one of my cats at RAH on a few occasions and everything has turned out well. I have no reservations about recommending this business to individuals that have a high regard for their pets. Cheers!

My husband and I recently moved here from out of state. Both of my dogs received excellent care at Richland Animal Hospital.The vet was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even provided me info about canine concerns in this area since I am not from here (fleas, ticks, and briars in paws). We were seen on time, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this vet.

We brought in our cat that was a mess to say the least. I didn't have the money the help so they showed me how to do care credit to pay and opened his schedule up to help my poor little man. One day later he's already feeling better and looks like he gained weight if that's even possible. Thank you guys so much and I would recommend this place to any; suuuuper nice and friendly and I won't go anywhere else
