I used Penny Paws for my Yorkshire Terrier's annual shots for five years after moving to Keller from Lewisville.  They were always so professional,  kind and knowledgeable.  I recommend them to all of you who are looking for a great place to trust your pet's care.

Only one employee in the whole bunch that is not such a wonderful person. EVERYONE else that works there has been terrific! We've been taking our little guy there for years and will never go anywhere else for his care!

the entire staff there will go out of their way to help in the most caring and professional way that i can imagine and their sincerity is unequalled as far as i have ever seen by a doctor or veterinarian. these are great people as far as i am concerned

I had my first ever experience here today with my dog, Nala. It was her first and last experience because I ultimately made the decision to have her put to sleep. I am unbelievably heartbroken. However, everyone here was beyond kind and made the entire experience so easy on me. And while I was with my pup during her last few moments, some wonderful members of the staff stayed with my 5 year old and she was gifted a stuffed animal, whom she named Lucinda.  Even though at this moment, I have no idea what I'm going to do without my Nala, I'm confident I found a new vet for our cats and can't wait to bring them here.

We've taken our dog there for several years and always gotten good service at a competitive price.  Recently he started to have some physical ailments that had him in an excruciating amount of pain.  The doctor was very gentle with him, gave us tips on giving him his medicine, and even called unprompted after hours on a Saturday just to personally check in and see how our dog was doing.  Ultimately our family had to make a very hard decision and the staff at there was very respectful, non-judgmental, and emotionally supportive.  Our kid was absolutely devastated and was having a very hard time, but one of the nurses offered her a stuffed dog to take home and she hasn't let it go since.  We're very appreciative of all of the doctors and staff at Penny Paws.
