I hate this office and the staff. Very unprofessional and unorganized. As many people in Augusta,Ga know they never send letters out on time, never return phone calls and never check voicemails. Here it is the holidays they should have been making sure that families get their benefits for their families before taking off for the break and enjoying their time with their family. Their job is to make sure the community has what they need for everyone to be happy and safe. But instead they have attitudes and feel like they can speak and treat people how they want. I have called numerous times and tried to leave messages with my case worker and even called the The Supervisor which they have switched out again ( not the same person) 🤔. I have taken it even further and called Atlanta, something needs to be done. They need an entire new staff that has people skills, organized,professional, understanding with phone etiquette and who is willing to make sure families have their benefits each month on time.

Would give negative stars have yet to receive an answer to any of my phone calls or messages. I've been without benefits for 2 going on 3 months and all I'm waiting for is a review. I call daily yet still receive no answer. Plus I live in another county but my caseworker is located in a different one. This is very inconvenient as I have no way to get to the office and I can't seem to get another caseworker that is closer to my location.

This establishment is just an embarrassment. No answered phone calls, no replies to inquiries, no replacement of faulty devices (such as cards), and not to mention the deaths and abductions of the wrong children due to ignorant staff members. The state of Georgia is a worse place to live with this establishment continuing to serve (I should use the term deceive) the public. There is no motivation or professionalism at all which also leads to the very generous star rating it currently has.
