Went it to look at a bike I saw on their website and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a an offer of assistance if I needed it from Margo. After a bit of browsing, the owner Joey came out to assist an answer any questions I had but was not at all pushy or condescending, just one bike guy talking to another. I told them what I was interested in and left my information before leaving. After a couple of days we worked out a deal and I committed to purchase the bike. The bike was properly serviced and made ready for pickup a few days later. I really liked the comfortable atmosphere here and the no hassle way of dealing with these folks. I look forward to having my bikes serviced here in the future and future bike purchases as well. I think this is a gem among the larger dealers.

I was planning on returning to riding after many years away and found Richmond Superbike on the internet.  It turned out that physical conditions prevent my riding anymore, but Joe (the owner) was extraordinarily informative and helpful during my numerous inquiries.  I highly recommend Richmond Superbike for anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Joey is a stand up guy, took my 2013 Suzuki in for pipes. He put on a set that where not what I wanted. He went out of his way to make it right, long story short I left with a great sounding set of long shots and a happy customer. Go give Joey and the Richmond Super bike team a shot for all your Motorcycle needs. You'll be happy Joey will make sure of it, CJH

This bike shop in my experience has a fantastic owner.Who years of riding and operating motorcycles gives you a warm tingly feeling.When you leave  you feel extremely confident and educated on your choice of a motorcycle or receiving services. To your bike although they have an extremely long turnover rate for fixing a motorcycle .Due to limited staff I would not hesitate to go to this establishment first before any other.
