After having bad experiences with much larger dealerships, it has been a pleasure working with Rick Ford.  

On Black Friday 2017 I got a nail in the tire of my truck and they quickly patched it for me with very little notice.  Service is always prompt and of a good quality.  

The sales team is very friendly and not high pressure, they do a good job of making sure you will be satisfied with your purchase.  

I know personally as long as I live in the area I will always use them for service on my vehicles and for any future vehicle purchases.

I visited this dealership to see a particular car, where I found out that the check engine light was on. This was not disclosed to me in all of the emails I exchanged with them. I was then shown another car, and this car also had the check engine light on! I mean, seriously? What kind of car dealership puts cars out for sale without fixing them or even knowing what's wrong with them, and then tries to convince you to buy it to have it checked out somewhere else? This place is incredibly shady. If the check engine like wasn't a "big deal" like they claim, why wouldn't they, as an official car dealer, have checked it out themselves?

Bought a 06 ram got home oil dripping called and was told it would be fixed because it shouldn't be leaking get there to drop it off and informed it's gonna cost me half the repair. Pulled to the right and had a shake was supposed to be fixed before I got it guess what never was transmission was over full battery post corroded so vehicle not even inspected well my opinion go elsewhere not good business practice at all I will never go there again.

I grew up in the Saginaw township area and Rick Ford always had a great reputation. I recently purchased a used car and from the finance manager and he was very honest and straight forward.
I'm really happy with my purchase and with the outstanding service from both the dealership manager and finance manager. I would recommend this dealership since they we're very kind to me and my step father whom passed away recently.
