I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and received multiple follow up calls letting me know they were staying late for me to pick up my vehicle after hours. Excellent service, good price. I'd recommend to anyone.

First and last time I'll ever use this store. Came for a tire patch. They broke my pressure sensor and wouldn't take responsibility or even advise me that it was broken. It was still working when the tire came off. Wouldn't let them open my car door. Don't go here!!

I wouldn't even give them one star. I went in for a simple oil change with an appointment and that alone took 2 hours. After they were done with the oil and everything they came back to tell me during the check over the car they found out that the breaks were wearing down along with the rotors. For the the repair they said that it would cost 450$. Being a young college girl I called my father to ask him what to do. He told me to get a second opinion and am SO glad I did. Turns out that my breaks were perfectly fine, practically brand new! This Rick Johnson is a crooked company that wants to take advantage of, and steal from people that do not know much about cars. Do not go here!

Do not go here!!! Steven Campbell Took my work order to have my car serviced, oil change and tire rotation. I also needed to have two tires patched. The front driver side tire snd the rear passenger side tire needed to be patched. The technician Steven assigned to my vehicle patched both tires but flipped them around to show the raised white wall letters. I did not realize the error because the tires were so filthy from brake dust and it remained parked in a garage for the remainder of my trip to Florida. When I brought the car through a car wash that's when I discovered that the tires were on backwards. I called and spoke with Brian he told me to call corporate and they would take care of me. I called twice with no response . I called back to speak with Steven and he was less than accommodating. I now have to fix  their error and they are doing nothing to reimburse me for their mistake. Do not go here!.
I was instructed to contact corporate and when I did with all of my documentation and the amount of money I had to spend, over $101 to fix their error. I spoke with Natalie Figley at corporate and she told me they would not reimburse me the full amount I had to spend to fix their mistake. They only reimbursed me for having to have my tires flipped back around and put back on correctly. I had to pay for another tire rotation to be done, a tire rotation that should have been done at Rick Johnson which was clearly stated on my work order and they did not do it. Do not go here they only hire incompetent people that do not know what they're doing and when they make a mistake the company does not own it!
