I can't even believe these guys have bad reviews! I was referred to the other Estero location and I heard so many great things about them. They were booked for the day so I ended up here. I only went in for a $38 FULL SYNTHETIC oil change (with inspections, fluids etc) I asked for a quote on my front axles and breaks.. which I was already given a $2000 quote for from the Tire Choice. They were so honest with me!!!! I was told I didn't need new breaks yet and I only needed one axle replaced. I got this done within a few hours and it totaled $285. I have never been so happy getting work done on my vehicle! Thank you so much. I will be back

Thank you Rick Johnson's in Estero, had a nail in my tire and you fixed it for free ....Wow and under 30 min.  Great service and staff  nice to have honest and good people in my  neighborhood. 🤗

Don't shop here. They sold me the wrong batteries for my truck. I was told by them that my 92 f250 is recommended to have Interstates MT-65, when it requires MTP-65 for it's larger cold crank amps. When I asked for a refund they offered an exchange, but I asked again for a refund. Now they told me I was wrong and they refuse to do exchange or refund me.

BRIAN the tech who worked on my jeep was great. Respectful, proficient, informative.
Can't say enough good things about him.
Another tech named Adam also worked on my vehicle and was respectful and informative.
The front counter guys have zero personality and seem not to care if you're there or not. 
They should consider swapping the back of house fellas with the counter guys for a bit to see if their reviews improve.

Went in because my Cadillac was smoking and was the only repair shop within range to get to in time. Assuming I didn't know anything about cars, they proceeded to fix a "leak" in the front of the car and had to (convienantly for them) also replace a part. 1 week later, after paying almost $250 to this 'repair shop' the smoking problem is already happening again. I took it into Joyce Automotive and they told me the "part" Rick Johnson's replaced didn't even exist on the model car I had. DO NOT GO TO RICK JOHNSONS. Especially if you are not very familiar with vehicles- it's a gaurentee they will take you and your wallet for a ride. That's my honest two cents. Sorry, but when I find out a business has repeatedly taken advantage of many customers, it doesn't sit well with me. At least I was able to catch on to their games before I wasted more money, others probably weren't so lucky. Not to mention the bigot manager who works at this pathetic excuse for a business won't hire females, no matter how qualified. Disgusting morals from the manager himself, pitiful. ALSO, GOTTA LOVE HOW A FORMER EMPLOYEE LITERALLY LEFT A REVIEW STATING THE MGMT CHARGED PEOPLE FOR THINGS THEY NEVER DID, WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW PEOPLE
