The sandwiches here are amazing! Rick and Reggie were also friendly and attentive! My wife happened upon this place and loved the food and the genuine attentiveness of Rick and Reggie so much that she had to share it with me. Next time we're in NOLA, we'll be back!
Rick’s Grill is a small hidden gem. Inside Place St Charles on the second floor. The grill master will keep the line moving as he cooks and calls out orders. This was our first visit to New Orleans and for 2 days of being here we loved it but the service hasn’t been the best and people didn’t seem to friendly like back home but when we came to eat at Rick’s the guys working and making our sandwiches was amazing!!! He was so friendly and welcoming with a great smile on his face!! He read my mind on exactly what I was thinking of ordering and boy was it good!!! I highly recommend this place!! The service was so great I didn’t have any cash for a tip that I went to the ATM just to get cash and come back and tip because he definitely deserve it!!
Ordered the Cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries and an horchata. So tasty! And the staff were friendly.
The best Philly cheese steak sandwiches ... hands down
Two days ago I ordered an enchilada plate and...as I was eating and got to the bottom of the food I saw that the plastic plate had obviously been microwaved and had melted away, leaving huge holes and undoubtedly I had ingested plastic! Upsetting, to say the least! More concerning perhaps, although eating plastic is pretty concerning, was the fact that two work colleagues told me that they had been charged double for one meal when they had gone there. One had paid $20 for a simple sandwich. Another person told me the same thing had happened to her. Last, but not least, the food is extremely salty bordering on inedible. And tastes like a frozen Mexican TV dinner. Adios.
Best sandwich ever!! I'll drive 30 minutes or so just to get this sandwich! If I stayed closer I'd eat at Rick's grill everyday. #nobullshit!
Great food. Awesome staff. Rewards cards to earn free sandwiches. 10/10 i would recommend.
If , while in New Orleans, you suddenly get a craving for a cuban Medianoche i.e. Midnight sandwich, Rick's is the place to go. Enjoy!
Best cheesesteak in NOLA. I drive downtown and find parking for the Surf 'N Turf.
