Excellent service. Very quick response, especially with a one bathroom house. Mike was friendly, courteous and explained everything that had to be done and why so I would understand. It is nice to have a company who really takes good care of their customers. Also Juliette is always so pleasant and helpful which means so much when I call.

Thanksgiving morning - 2017. We were just beginning cooking for the day and put something into the garbage disposal. The sink filled up with brown disintegrated food-water and would not go down. I texted Rick and apologized and asked if he had someone to come out. He tried and people were tied up. He suggested I try others while he continued to try to get a serviceman out to us. Everyone else would not even bother. Rick was still trying, and even though he was having trouble getting service person to come right away, he stayed on text and talked me through fixing the problem step by step. After a bit and him taking the time, I was able to take out the trap, clear it and completely fix the trouble with his help. Not only did he take time out of his Thanksgiving morning to help a panicked customer, but he also taught me how to fix this issue going forward. I give Thanks to Rick and his company for helping when no one else could on a day that could have been a disaster with no working sink.

We had our navien 240 G installed on October 13, 2017. We were told that they did not have a part. It is now October 30, 2017. We still do not have the part. We also do not have heat. We were promised that they had all the parts prior to the beginning of the install. The installer, J, short us that he had all the parts. He then discovered that he did not have the parts. He assured us the parts will be here in two or three days. However here it is over two weeks later, no heat no part. Jay is taking no responsibility. Turns out, this was an issue of follow-up (see below). We have had to call the wholesaler ourselves in order to try and track down the part. This was a very expensive install. Follow-up. Rick gave a call after this review was posted. Apologized and has since taken care of the issues with the missing part. Apparently the ordering slipped through the cracks with the supplier and nobody followed up. After the long delay, Rick kindly offered to do some plumbing work, gratis, which I thought was very nice. I have since changed my rating from 1 start to 4 and hope to work with this outfit again in the future.

To begin with Juliette was very welcoming & professional on the telephone. She did her best to accommodate us on the same day. Daniel P arrived on time. He looked at the leak , gave us an idea where it may be coming from and provided an approximate estimate. The leak problem turned out to be more than what he initially thought to be. He methodically went after the problem & did some preventive installation as well. He was very professional & clean. I would happily recommend Daniel P and Rick's plumbing service.

I highly recommend Bob to anyone who needs his services. He was professional and courteous. Had our new faucet hooked up promptly.
