Shala, was wonderful!! Very helpful took time to explain everything, from financing to what looked good and with me, well let's just say we tried a lot of things on. So customer service was top notch and having an On hand gold smith is unbeatable use Riddles for all my jewelry purchases.

I was looking for an Alex and Ani bracelet for my daughter and was so impressed with the huge selection of Alex and Ani at Riddle’s that I ended up purchasing a bracelet for all three of my daughters. The customer service was excellent as well. Teresa immediately came over and was super helpful & kind. She helped me make the perfect selection for my girls. I would highly recommend Riddle’s Jewelry; not only for the wide selection but for the excellent customer service too.

Shopping at Riddle's today could not have been easier! I was greeted upon entering and 
Mr. Leibold answered all the questions I had. I was able to make a purchase and get my ring fixed all in one short visit. He and other employees helped me to feel comfortable and my business appreciated. I am glad  I stopped in, and will use them again.

Friendly, helpful, personable, and can actually fix jewelry and change watch batteries, and “chain jewelry stores” can’t do that! Stacia provided quick and quality service!
