Thanks to Riddle's, the process of buying my (now) fiancee's engagement ring was a breeze. Amber, the store's assistant manager, was extremely communicative and helpful. After months of back and forth emails (I am based in Seattle) of going over options of settings for a family-inherited stone, together Amber and I were able to find the perfect setting for the perfect price. Then Amber and Erin shipped the setting to me, next-day-air, and completely insured. I could not have been happier with how the setting turned out! 
Following Amber's guidance, I had gone to a local jeweler and had them get exact measurements of the stone, which Amber was able to give to the manufacturer so that the stone would fit perfectly. This small step ensured that the process of setting the stone in the setting in Seattle was smooth and flawless. Thanks to Riddle's I have one VERY happy fiancee, and I could not have been more impressed with level of customer service I received. I am looking forward to working with them in the future for any other jewelry needs.

Riddle's Jewelry was the best option for my fiance and I to purchase our wedding rings! They were the most helpful and satisfactory store in town. They understood our budget and had a great selection of rings in that price range. We are very happy with the service they provided us and will go there again!

Excellent and friendly help. Elena G.was terrific and very knowledgeable. Got exactly what I was looking for in a rose gold chain and a special pendant was an extra value. Got a good sale price on both and am delighted. Thanks Elena and Amber.

Riddle’s was an amazing place to look for engagement and wedding rings. When we went there Stacey was the one who assisted us. She figured out what my fiancé was looking for and wanted, then gave us all the options in our budget without the slightest feeling of being pressured to buy. Great experience for both my fiancé and I.

The staff was so friendly. They had my rings resized and cleaned ahead of schedule. Ended up costing more then they originally quoted me but they stuck by the quote without me having to ask. Highly recommend!
