Bought my wife's ring at a different location, just moved to the area and saw this location so we stopped in to get her ring cleaned. Staff was courdious and very helpful! In the time we were there NOBODY tried to sell us anything we didn't ask for, and they never pushed sales. I've had only good experiences with this company as a whole. Personally, I'd stick with them over some of the bigger chains.. the locality of this company really shows in the way that they operate!

Went in for some information on a Carbon Tungsten ring about customizing it, the Sales person took our information to see if they could do what we asked, we never heard back from him.  Lost a sale.
