I visited several jewelry stores before walking into Samuels, and I just can’t express how much better their service was! ! Excellent customer serivce!! I worked with Jake and Heather and they were extremely knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable with my decision! Hands down, I would recommend Samuels over anyone else in the area!!

My husband and I purchased our wedding ring five years ago from Samuels and we have only shopped there since. We have had excellent customer service and if we have an issue with our jewelry, it is promptly addressed and fixed. The manager, Jake, is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and kind to his staff. Jake and the staff at Samuels make us feel like family friends more than customers. We own many pieces from this store. Five stars!

My wife and I bought both of our engagement rings from Samuels.  We then followed up the wife's engagement ring with a new wedding set.  During the entire process Jacob and staff were professional and very helpful.  We were able to transfer the engagement stone to the wedding set with little to no wait.  The jeweler that did the work was fabulous.  The lifetime warranty is one of the easiest processes to use Worldwide.  I would recommend this store and the knowledgeable employee's to anyone from a seasoned purchaser to a first timer.

I went in a few weeks ago looking for an engagement ring as it is my first. I trust no other Jeweler than Samuels so this was a good pick. My Sales Consultant was Heather Kipp and she was absolutely amazing! She helped me and my soon to be Fiancée pick out her perfect ring. I go in often and Heather is always quick to greet me by name and with a smile and it makes me feel good! She helped me get approved for a credit to pay off the ring and she even threw out some proposal ideas! I couldn't have asked for a better Sales Consultant! Thank you Heather Kipp and Samuels for making my experience worth every penny!
