The store is really nice, but I've worked in this type of setting before and definitely can tell they care about their own commission more than making me happy. I used to come into the store looking for little gifts for my wife and it seemed like Kim was only interested in showing me the most expensive thing there and seemed very flaky. I try to work with dane or judy, Millie is by far the best, if something is bad or the store can do better she tells me and is really insightful about jewelry; I noticed she has quite a few certificates on the wall so it makes me feel more comfortable. The last time I went in there to buy a wedding band they were really busy and this new blonde girl helped me, she was very sweet and didn't try at all to sell me the most expensive thing in the store, which was a relief because I was dreading going to the store again if kim tried to help me or if I was being sold the wrong ring for Their own personal gain. Kellie was very nice and genuine, it was like shopping with an old friend and I ended up finding the perfect ring with her help. However. Kim was there, and it was like as soon as she saw we were in the "expensive section", she ditched her person and darted over and tried to butt in. You know how I know the girl was new? Kim kept repeating it over and over again like she was trying to make herself look better. She made the whole thing uncomfortable, as made obvious by the new girls face when Kim kept contradicting her and pointing out she was new and getting me to ditch the ring I found to follow her. You could just see this girl started to feel upset by the way Kim was treating her.
I just said no and asked to be rung up. Kim still followed and offered to bag it and wrap it and get me to buy other stuff. Flaky. Flaky. Flaky. I'll go there again but definitely turn the other direction when she's working. I emailed corporate on what happened and am waiting for a response. Cannot stand her or her fake laugh. You should not be in this business solely for your own personal gain. This store can easily be 5 stars, but with Kim - 3 is generous.

Great customer service. I ordered my husbands ring 3 weeks before our wedding date (which was pushing it). We were told the specific ring we ordered takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. When the ring didnt come in time they gave us a "loaner ring" (same exact ring, just larger size) so that we could use it for the ceremony. Great customer service.

I love this store, in fact a little too much! I sold my diamond to relocated my family here when the oil boom was going. Over the years I would stop in and look at diamonds for when I was able to replace my wedding ring. Four years, it took us to purchase my dream ring. I was always treated with respect and their time even when I didn't have money to spend and I was just browsing. I have since bought many pieces. I only see Judy as she just was who I met initially, she kinda followed our journey and was able to sell me my ring and also the Manager Dane helped us. Great store, great people, and a wonderful selection.
